I could hear her talking to the people two and three cars ahead of me. I’m sure customers aren’t always patient or have kind things to say, so just wanted to let y’all know that her demeanor and customer service were a welcomed pleasantry today!

It's not McD's anymore. Zero employees at front counter. Place was desolate inside. Unwelcoming and unfriendly. McChicken now has a skinny patty and is no longer the same item. McD's, if you continue to do business this way, you'll be a thing of the past in no time.

This would have been a nice place to eat but unfortunately I had a really bad experience with Ms. Gen. She was not only completely and utterly disrespectful to me, but to her staff who was working as well. I would hate to have someone like her represent my restaurant.

Took my dogs through the drive-thru to get them a plain cheeseburger for being good at the vet. My dogs were obnoxious and barking very loud. But nobody complained and the service was fast and the food was hot. I was a little bit shocked that two double bacon cheeseburgers and two plain cheeseburgers and the small coffee was over $32 but I think that kind of pricing is the new normal ? Good thing Jesus is coming back I don't know how long we can keep going at least prices!
