The restaurant can get quite busy, but the staff works hard to provide good customer service. A friendly and patient employee, Riley, who worked the drive-thru with kindness and professionalism, exemplifies this effort. Many customers enjoy the drive-through experience, with some noting that the food is consistently fresh and on point. One customer mentioned that this is the best McDonald's they have visited in Washington State and praised the blonde girl working the drive-thru.
However, some areas could use improvement. The bathrooms are not very clean and need attention, especially inside. Parking can be tricky during busy hours like 7 am, lunch, and after work, as the exit can be dangerous and other drivers may cut into parking spaces or try to go around, creating risks. Visitors should be cautious during these times. The restaurant has a play area for kids, making it family-friendly, and features a wheelchair ramp near parking for accessibility. Despite some minor issues with cleanliness and traffic, McDonald's remains a convenient and welcoming place for a quick bite or treat.
