Haven’t gotten my food yet, but wanted to compliment an extremely professional, patient and friendly lady working the drive thru today. Her name was Riley. I could hear her talking to the people two and three cars ahead of me. I’m sure customers aren’t always patient or have kind things to say, so just wanted to let y’all know that her demeanor and customer service were a welcomed pleasantry today!
It's not McD's anymore. Zero employees at front counter. Place was desolate inside. Unwelcoming and unfriendly. McChicken now has a skinny patty and is no longer the same item. McD's, if you continue to do business this way, you'll be a thing of the past in no time.
