“I never write reviews but I had a really exceptional time today at ECS in Redmond today, I didn’t catch her name but the girl with glasses working by herself in the Excision hoodie was super kind and friendly, and made the most delicious smoothies I’ve ever had from any ECS location (It was the chocolate low carb w/peanut butter and it tasted like a legit tagalong cookie, bf got strawberry banana and it was deliciously strawberry forward) will definitely be returning here!“

“Can never go wrong at any Emerald city smoothie in my experience. This one is located inside the LA fitness gym, go straight then left kinda tucked away but again there smoothies are the best imo. I recommend the PB&J thats my favorite.“

“Coffee tasted great - added flavors were perfectly balanced so it wasn’t too sweet and I could still taste the coffee. Also the coconut bun was the best pastry I’ve had in recent memory. And the playlist was fire. 11/10 would recommend to a friend.“

“I love this place! Compared to other juice bars like Pressed, you can absolutely taste the difference. Love the menu & everything is always freshly made. I usually come by weekly for their 1-day cleanse or an açaí bowl.

Pro tip: if you’re in a hurry, try ordering ahead. Orders usually take about 5-10 minutes to make depending what you’re asking for. It’s worth the wait!“

“The service is fast, I’ve always order for pickup online, and my smoothie is usually ready before the time given . My order is always correct. The staff is genuinely kind and friendly, and also knowledgeable on proteins and vitamins that they have in their smoothies and also that they sell in store. I’ve bought protein powder from them, and it’s delicious!! So why go back there if I can now make my own smoothie at home now? Because they make it taste so much better than I do 😂 and the people are pretty great!

“My favorite coffee shop of all time! The staff there is so amazing, and make me and my family feel welcomed everytime! I especially love the gluten free breakfast sandwiches and the super hero smoothie. My son absolutely loves the chicken cones and hot chocolate (they make it the perfect temperature everytime for the young ones)“

“Went for the first time and was a bit overwhelmed as I’ve never gone to an açaí bowl place before. Emma was so patient and took the time to explain the menu to me and recommended the beast mode. Tasted great and a great deal especially for Seattle prices! Will be going again when I want to feel healthy :)“

“This location has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. All the smoothies have ordered have been pretty good. The rewards card is nice and the daily rewards are fun deals.

Handicap accessible single customer restroom.

One major drawback of this location
is after they clean the floors the whole shop has a terrible chemical smell for awhile. They have one large fan to help circulate the air, but it doesn’t help much. It makes it hard to breathe and ruins my palette. Management should switch to an unscented cleaner, tweak the chemical/water ratio, or improve airflow. It must be hard on the staff to breathe that in during theshift. Also people coming in after their workout in the neighboring Planet Fitness.“

“My favorite poke ever. There are so many options for the protein, sauces, and toppings. The employees are always very friendly and give great recommendations. The restaurant itself is a great place to sit and eat as well. Absolutely worth a try!“
