Food is good-tasting, but it is indeed mostly dough. It is a great place to go in a group, medium-to-large sized groups can order many dishes and taste everything, enhancing the experience.
Very good good, and quite different from most other restaurants in the Seattle metro area. Rumor has it that the founder once worked at Din Tai Fung, and there is some similarity but this is still very much its own thing.
The atmosphere is informal, and a bit loud. It's a nice place to bring friends.

We were promptly greeted and seated. We ordered 2 sets of soup dumplings. They were flavorful and very good. I prefer the flavor here to the more expensive place. Service was awesome.
