I've only been here a couple times but it is the best brunch ever!! Went with my bestie and appreciated it wasn't noisy so we could hear each other. They have great gluten free options which was one of the reasons for choosing this spot.Dietary restrictions: The brunch buffet had lots of options so no matter what dietary restrictions you have you'll be well fed. There is an elevator from parking garage for those who cannot do the stairs (like me).On Sunday morning parking was plentiful!Parking: I entered off NE 8th Street and there was a lot of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: I easily found a disability spot close to elevator.

Have visited the restaurant multiple times over the last decade. Have always enjoyed a quality breakfast or brunch here. Prices are fair. Self parking in the underground garage is available or valet parking in the Hyatt rotunda. Service was friendly and attentive.

Average hotel restaurant. Salmon Benedict was oily, and used powdered (not fresh) hollandaise.

Must try pancakes at Bellevue!! I tried full stacked pancakes and full english breakfast. Both were amazing. The service time was real quick and the attendant was very helpful and suggested of tiramisu pancakes which was the highlight of the restaurant. The place is inside Hyatt and there is a public parking nearby.

It is all about the service. The food is good, consistent, and for the most part delicious. As is with many buffets, there will be food that is cold to the touch, such as the pancakes, but that is to be expected I guess. It's the service and friendliness of the staff that bring us back. While the Westin has a buffet at a lower price, the offering is limited and the service is efficient but not necessarily friendly.

Buffet has gone downhill quite a bit...no waffles (which was their biggest draw) and have to pay extra for simple gravy. Kinda sad, as we probably won't be back. Used to SO good....

Disappointing breakfast. Used to really like this place, but haven't been here since before pandemic.... I've had much better breakfast sandwiches recently. This was too pricey for leaving my unsatisfied.

Had breakfast here a couple of times while at a conference. Food is pricey, but also very good. Had an excellent server, who also was our server the next day. Had the tiramisu pancakes, crab cake Benedict and the cornedbeef hash.

We went on a Saturday for brunch with restaurant completely full. Service was a tad slow in getting waitress to come acknowledge us and take drink order. Food was great! Highly recommend the Crab Benedict! Overall, a decent experience. We will be back.

We were told when we checked in that we would not be allowed to order off the menu because we had 6 guests, even though two were young kids. The buffet had such limited options for what my kids would eat, and they would not let us order anything even though it was not even busy at the restaurant. Really disappointed because the menu looked good and that was why we had wanted to eat there. That was not communicated to us upfront when we made the reservation or we would have just sat at two tables. Once we sat down at the table, no one explained anything to us or took drink orders so we just stood around a bit and then went and started getting food at the buffet. Tried to order an omelette and was told they had to be placed through a server who we couldn't find for a while. Very disappointed by the experience.
