I came here for breakfast with my wife recently, and we very much enjoyed the experience. We were staying at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue Hotel, and this is the breakfast spot for the hotel. Eques is in Bellevue Washington but it reminds me of the great brunch places that were available in Chicago when I lived there. So far it is my favorite place for Brunch in the greater Seattle Area. The Buffett is spread out and it's easy to go directly to what you want without any waiting lines.
