You have to flag down a server to get anything. Wish the coffee and water were self serve. Juice is, why arent coffee and water? I got all my food and still had not been asked if i wanted anything to drink. Food is not bad, i like the berries and oatmeal. If you want to pay, go directly to counter or flag someone down. This restaurant is the most convenient for guests at hotel so i come here to save time but otherwise would venture farther.
The food is fairly good, if a bit pricy. However, the thing that soured my whole experience was after the food was finished: It took nearly thirty minutes from the time I finished my food and was given the bill to when the server came by to actually let me pay for it. Sitting around for half an hour after finishing was not exactly in my plans for the day, and it was a sour end to what had been a fairly decent experience.
Happy with our breakfast experience here. We were not staying at the Hyatt but it was fine to eat here. They have a large menu and the option to have a full buffet. I orythe quinoa oats and they were fantastic served with loads of fruit. The staff were super kind and efficient. They were really friendly with my daughter. Children eat for free aged 4 and under off the buffet.
