This is the blandest, most overpriced fried chicken I've ever had. Both Safeway and KFC have better chicken. Service is friendly and parking fairly easy, but do yourself a favor and don't fall for the hype. Seattle Times is paid by advertisers to write these reviews.

I went here with my dad and the chicken was phenomenal. The rolls are also amazing as well. The service was nothing special, but the shop was nice, tidy, and organized.

Long lines, under staffed, took 20 minutes to get my lunch (I'm certain my order was delayed because I didn't leave the cashier a tip), several customers came in after me and were served 10 minutes before me, chicken was dry. Sorry Oprah... not a good experience. One and done!
The rolls are fantastic, and the chicken is very good. Also their website is very easy to understand and looks great.
