I love ezell's SO much! But I can only give three stars because it is always freezing in this location. I asked a staff member to turn it up because I was with my 84yo mother and they said they are unable to and that it has been broken for a long time. Please fix it!
Great food, the Mac and cheese is top notch, better than any other place in Seattle that I know of. Service could be better as cashier experience is very transactional without much in the way of smiles or friendliness.
