I ordered three cakes for my mom’s retirement party and they were all so delicious. Especially the gluten free strawberry cream cake. It was the best gluten free cake I’ve ever tried, almost hard to believe it’s gf.
Absolutely fabulous cake! We ordered a burn-away cake and even though Fumie said she hadn’t made one before, she was willing to try. Not only was it absolutely gorgeous to look at, but it was delicious and we ate the whole 8” inch in one sitting 😅 and it was such an epic burn-away cake. Highly, highly recommend.

taste:
good part - the strawberry is sweet. the cream is fluffy and the sponge cake is soft and chewy, very Japanese style, which I like. the sponge cake could be a little bit more smoother but that’s like nitpicking.
