Outstanding ramen spot with great service. Decent parking on the lot beside. We were initially disappointed that there's no Ramen with chicken but the waiter was quick to suggest the fried Chicken appetizer as a topping that made for a fantastic lunch.
I reached high anticipation visiting Bellevue’s Hokkaido Ramen, but I ended up completely disappointed. Arriving late around 8:15 PM, I found the place empty. Their single vegetarian option—the vege ramen—proved disastrous; once the broth cooled, it tasted like milk mixed with whey protein and became totally inedible.
