This place is one of the best places to get some great quality ramen. The flavors are rich and powerful, and each ingredient is top quality. Here, you are able to customize your ramen like noodle chewiness and saltiness which really helps to fit whatever you’re craving at the moment. You also get numerous broth options, like miso tonkatsu, dipping ramen, shio, and more. My favorite is the miso or the kimchi one! Here, the noodles are the perfect texture and do a great...
The ramen's pretty good. I wish the pork was grilled or something, for the small bowl I only got a couple small slices and they were cooked plain though tender. The noodles and broth were great, and I do think a small bowl was worth it. I also had the plum wine and it was pleasantly sweet.
But the standout for me was the taiyaki and whipped cream (chunky red bean), it was fried fresh and not unlike the taiyaki I've had in Tokyo. Very much street food...

What a great spot! The atmosphere is nice and the staff are nice.
The shoyu tsukemen had perfectly cooked, thicker noodles and a really bold tasting broth! It also had really tender meat. The kara miso chashu ramen had a nice light spice and the noodles were a little firmer. It had a nice flavor overall. We thought it could use a few more toppings, however. Both portion sizes were perfect. The Sapporo was reasonably priced too.
Would definitely come back again!
