“Excellent Indian restaurant with a fantastic selection of chaat and plenty of delicious dinner options. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The variety on the menu makes it easy for everyone to find something they love. Great service, wonderful atmosphere, and authentic taste. Highly recommend for both chaat lovers and anyone looking for a memorable Indian dining experience!”

I’ve been visiting Honest Bellevue since 2022, and over the past year I’ve noticed a decline in both quality and quantity. Portions have been reduced across most items (except for the Bhature size), and the taste has suffered as well. The Raj Kachori chaat, which used to be my favorite, was especially disappointing today—overly oily and lacking its usual flavor (very less sev, almost no chana, a small vada, didn't taste like chaat).
