Zariel was amazing and helped me so much to find all I needed and was an expert in their teas and drinks excellent service the patio section is honestly the best during the summer. Thank you all so much and thank you for the awesome service!
Got the quiche Lorraine (comes with salad) and cafe mocha and both were really good🙏 The other pastries also looked delish, but didn't have enough space in my tummy to try them😁 Service was very sweet, and the ambience was nice. As with most places in Bellevue, pretty pricey for what we had ($30++ for a mocha, a latte, and a quiche), though the quality was very good.
Absolutely delicious, but the end of meal service was atrocious. 25 minute wait to pay. We counted.
I don't blame the staff, but management for not having enough tablets for pay or proper training on the pos software. It was very obvious the staff was waiting to get one of only 2 tablets from each other, and then futzing with the tablets to respond, and dial in the orders for the tables just prior to pay. Their whole tech setup needs to be binned.
