They have the best macaroons in the Seattle area. I’ve mostly had them when my brother brought them to family functions. I was just inside the store last week and it’s such a cool store. The selection is great and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately I forgot them at the store, but they did refund me since I live about an hour away. I ordered the same ones online and they will be here tomorrow.
I visited Lady Yum in the Bellevue Square Mall to inquire about creating a macaron tower for my wedding in August and I had the most lovely visit with Sarah! She gave me some catering and order cards for building my own macaron tower and even gave me six different macarons for free just to try some flavors (they were broken ones that they would otherwise throw away), but I could not have been happier with my experience just popping into the shop and cannot wait to book a tower...
I love Lady Yum macarons. The ones here are still delicious and have a wonderful texture. However, I think the staff could be friendlier. One at the cash register did her job, which was fine... but I've had better courtesy even at fast food restaurants. Just sayin.
