My first time at Letao, at first they made a mistake on my order but then they got back the right order right away along with cute merch, the manager did an excellent job on making it up. They all had really great attitude and very efficient, will be back for sure.

Mont Blanc soft serve, fromage soft serve, chocolate double slice, and their tarts were all very good! Pretty much everything here is yummy!
The customer service is great too, they even gave us complimentary dessert for slow service. One thing that could be better is providing complimentary water as well.
