The mont blanc soft serve is really good. Though it doesn’t fully capture the Hokkaido milk flavor, it’s probably the best option here. They also sell chocolate, cookies and cake here which you can also pair with your ice cream or eat by themselves. I do like the chocolate.

The store layout is kind of strange though and doesn’t seem cohesive. There’s a bar corner with not a lot of space to walk through, and the other tables...

The cakes are decent but i don't think it was worth $35 for the deluxe cake set. The cake slices are very small and the ice cream came in a condiment sized cup. You don't even have the freedom to choose which cake you want. I think the service here is very nice. They are friendly and patient

The seasonal cakes were very pretty, not overly sweet, but just a little bit pricey, I’m not sure I would order that again for $18. The rose/lychee soda was very refreshing and tasty though, and the servers were very nice!
