I had such a wonderful experience at LeTao today! Grace was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we walked in. She generously offered us several samples to try and was so patient and friendly while explaining everything. Her warm personality and excellent service made our visit feel extra special. Decent strawberry matcha. I recommend picking up some of their black tea chocolates though!
My first time at Letao, at first they made a mistake on my order but then they got back the right order right away along with cute merch, the manager did an excellent job on making it up. They all had really great attitude and very efficient, will be back for sure.

LeTAO is a must for dessert lovers. The restaurant serves desserts like double fromage cheesecake, which is super light, smooth, and not overly sweet. The Rose Berry cake is also a highlight, with a soft and delicate texture. The seasonal cakes are pretty, but a little pricey. The Mont Blanc soft serve and strawberry soft serve ice cream are very good. The rose/lychee soda is refreshing and tasty. The space has a clean Japanese vibe and is cozy. The service is calm, attentive, and efficient. The servers are very nice and helpful. LeTAO offers a refined dessert experience centered on balance and texture, making it a spot to come back to. The cakes may be expensive, but they are worth it.
