I first utilized Manca’s catering for an event a few years back and I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of food that was served. Such a lovely hardworking family-owned business. I am so impressed by the gourmet ready-to-go meals. They make weekly meal-planning very easy and provide a great break from cooking. Perfect portions and incredibly delicious - the salmon is my favorite and I don't think I will ever be able to enjoy it prepared by anyone else again. Andrea was very flexible with our pick-up and delivery needs. Highly recommend!
