Michael really listens to what your vision is & I highly recommend him!!! His spun sugar flowers look so real & really add panache! Also, he loaned me a gorgeous cake pedestal & threaded pink ribbon through it to provide the best possible display! Order a big cake! You’ll want more, trust me!!!!“
“I first utilized Manca’s catering for an event a few years back and I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of food that was served. More recently, Manca’s catering has been promoting weeknight meals during the Covid-19. I follow them on Instagram and happily decided to try it. I was not disappointed! We had dinner for two (3 technically because my 3yr old shared) and had Miso glazed salmon, broccoli salad, scalloped potatoes, and to my surprise peanut butter frosted chocolate cake... OMG. My mouth is watering thinking about it!!! The salmon was tender and perfectly glazed. The scalloped potatoes were delicious and nothing like my childhood memory of boxed potatoes, the salad was delicious and surprisingly my daughters favorite. And the cake... OH the Cake!! I can’t even begin to explain how delicious that cake was. I’ve never had peanut butter frosting. The frosting made the cake! The subtle saltiness of peanut butter with the rich moist chocolate cake, it was amazing.Please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to Manca’s catering! My mouth is seriously watering still.“
“Recently I have catered from deshi halal. I really got the authentic taste of deshi Biriyani, roast and kebab. I ordered for a large number of people and everything was perfect. Deshi halal is not expensive but they maintain very good quality of their food. Definitely I will try their food again.“
“I attended the ServiceNow technical conference at Meydenbauer Center last week. What a great venue for a conference!I loved the fact that we were NOT all packed together like sardines! Upstairs (4th floor, I believe) , we had our meeting rooms, snacks, and the one lunch event. Downstairs (1st floor), we had breakfast and happy hour. In between were two relaxing elevator rides with nice views.The food and beverages were excellent, as was the staff! For example, when we arrived in the morning, there were ample coffee and tea stations, but I couldn't find water. The staff happily brought me 2 glasses of water when I'd commented I was quite thirsty.“
