“I really can't begin to explain how amazing Green Apple Events & Catering is, but I will do my best! I used them for my wedding in September, and their service, professionalism, and flavor are the BEST of the BEST! The coordinator we worked with throughout the process was worth every penny, and she made me, and my husband feel so special and supported. Just typing this makes me cry, because they truly made our wedding day so special, and all my guests said the food was the BEST food they have ever had a wedding. We also had a late-night snack with chicken and waffles, and my husband/guests are still talking about how cute and tasty they were. They also were very understanding that some of our friends didn't drink alcohol and brought in some non-alcoholic beverages to make sure everyone had something to complement their dinner.Green Apple Catering, thank you thank you thank you! I will never look at Tuesday's the same....I must have Texas Tijuana Taco Penne Tuesday. My team switched buildings and I still went to Redw on Tuesdays. The pandemic hit and now I order Door Dash. I realize this may not be everyone's jam, but I'll tell you what....the marriage of Italian and Mexican food and the perfect offspring of Texas Tijuana Taco Penne is a remarkable thing. “Hopped out for a quick bite to eat on Valentine's Day. While we occasionally come for brunch, it's been a while since we've had dinner at Pomegranate. Always super-tempting to see desserts in the cabinet as you walk in the door. The front-half of the restaurant was pretty busy, sounded like the bar area was too. Super-friendly and warm welcome - seated in the front-half within a few minutes at a nice corner table for two. Our server for the night - Misha, stopped by the table within a minute of us being seated - nice friendly greeting, dropped off some water, and circled back after giving us a few to get situated. V.Day menu as well as the regular a-la-carte menu - with meat, veggie, and vegan options. We grabbed a pear and burrata salad, a reasonable price bottle of Malbec to get ahead of mains, and couple of cocktails to get warmed up - bar service was right on time. Despite being a busy night, the kitchen and front-of-house had it together. Food pacing was perfect. Burrata was delicious, just the right size for two. It was a nice combination of juxtaposition of crunch vs. soft textures and poached pear acidity vs. creamy cheese mouth-feel. We ordered mains and drank our cocktails and moved onto the wine - all great. Lu ordered off the specials - crab-cakes, a little side of risotto for some carbs, I took the flat bread. The crab-cakes were delicious, w/ nice light vinaigrette on a simple salad. Presentation was great. I could have easily eaten a whole bowl of the risotto - creamy al-dente texture, nice salty cheese with mushroom umami. The flatbread was cooked to perfection, nice balance of salty prosciutto, melted cheese, and a light arugula topping. We topped off a great night a glass of port, and split a small trifle dessert. Top marks all-round for Misha and the rest of the ladies out front. Pace of service was right on the money - not too urgent, not too relaxed, just right. Lu even got a little hug on the way out. The feelings are mutual, we loved coming to Pomegranate, thanks for having us!“

They worked with us to get the perfect balance of TCC-supplied food to supplement the burgers we wanted to cook on site ourselves. Fantastic service, responsive, and high quality.“

Not only did they provide a delicious customized menu within our budget, but they made everything so easy for us. The entire experience was seamless. There was a mix-up with our drink vendor and when we found ourselves without coffee, water, or non-alcoholic drinks, Twelve Baskets took care of everything and our guests had no clue anything went wrong. What more could you ask for in a catering service?“

“I attended the ServiceNow technical conference at Meydenbauer Center last week. What a great venue for a conference!I loved the fact that we were NOT all packed together like sardines! Upstairs (4th floor, I believe) , we had our meeting rooms, snacks, and the one lunch event. Downstairs (1st floor), we had breakfast and happy hour. In between were two relaxing elevator rides with nice views.The food and beverages were excellent, as was the staff! For example, when we arrived in the morning, there were ample coffee and tea stations, but I couldn't find water. The staff happily brought me 2 glasses of water when I'd commented I was quite thirsty.“

Michael really listens to what your vision is & I highly recommend him!!! His spun sugar flowers look so real & really add panache! “Lady Yum is a MUST for me anytime I am in the Seattle/ Eastside area. Not only do they have the most delicious French Macarons I have ever tasted, they also have the cutest shops. Each one is as unique as it's location. Usually, I get a 10 pack because 1 or 2 is never enough!“
“Now here is something that is sorely lacking around Western Washington, good BBQ. The BBQ here is hands down the best I've had in the state. From the corned beef to their wagyu burger, there is not one bad thing to get on this menu! And what is good BBQ without good sides? I wouldn't know because Amarillo has some of the most amazing sides. The place is small, but has enough seating to fit around 20 or so people. The people that run it are extremely friendly and super welcoming, just like a BBQ place should be Overall, you need to try this place out now. You won't regret it, unless they run out of your favorite dish :)“

“This was our second visit to VJ. We adore the warmth, tough love, and service of the owners, and the lovely, attentive staff. The ambience is chill and relaxed if you go in for an early lunch. Food is always wholesome, fresh, and comes in huge portions. Proving the adage that the best things in life are free, they bring in hot chips, salsa, and a cabbage pico de gallo which we just cannot get enough of!I remember their dishes were more spicy and flavorful the last time we visited. This time they were slightly less seasoned, but that could be entirely because we didn't ask specifically for heat, or order spicy items. Online menu shows old prices. In-house prices are definitely higher. Expect to pay 25+ drinks extra per person for dinner.Very pleasant experience overall. We will definitely be back for more.“
