“Macarons are a favorite food of mine. I’ve tried many macarons from many places. Those other macarons do not hold a candle to Lady Yum’s. Their macarons are actually on my top 10 list of favorite foods of all time. They make my soul happy. First, the space is huge. Like you can see in the photos, there are lots of tables on the first floor, a separate room for group seating, and even a second floor. They also have bar seats. The interior (including the lighting) is really nice, and the staff was very friendly.

We ordered Crab Rangoon as an appetizer, and for the main dishes we got Gang Panang curry and drunken noodles. The Crab Rangoon was crispy, and the cheese inside was rich and creamy. The main dishes were great too, especially because they included a lot of different vegetables. Some places have mostly meat or noodles, but this one had plenty of veggies, so it felt more balanced and still really tasty.

You can choose the spice level. We got level 1 and level 2, respectively. Level 1 was already a little spicy, and level 2 was pretty spicy. If you don’t handle spicy food well, keep that in mind.

The only downside was that they leave water on each table ahead of time, so it wasn’t cold at all. Other than that, I loved everything. This is my new favorite Thai spot!“

“Northwest Chocolate Festival! It was a very busy day at the Center. Chocolates from all around the world in Bellevue. The lines were a bit long, but went fast. The staff were friendly and available to ask questions. There were several hours of booths regarding Chocolate besides chiropractors, cars, and life insurance. Even some of the attendees were friendly and we compared thoughts oif the tastes of the samples we were trying. The parking was full very quickly, found a spot in Bravern.
I would go again if on the Eastside.“

“I cannot recommend Neighborhood Grills Catering enough! I’ve used them several times for corporate lunch catering for 30-40 people and they’ve never disappointed! Deciding to order takeout and not have to cook during any particular evening sometimes feels like a lovely decision; it is even more lovely when the person who answers the phone at the restaurant calls you “my lady” and helps to manifest delicious enchiladas rancheras.

Tonight was our first evening actually dining in the restaurant, and everyone who came in the door got warm greetings and great service. Our kids can be selective eaters, and the staff were patient, kind, and helpful, with a simple bean and cheese burrito for the win.
