I usually love this place! It was my first time coming in the morning & on a weekend. Sadly it was not my usual experience. I know it to be somewhat pricey, but very good quality. Today the customer service was pretty disappointing. For the price I’d expect better, especially when choosing to tip on top. I’m sure I’ll give it a go again, but hope to get my usual positive experience next time.
I love Mercury’s but I’m sorry whoever was working Saturday August 15th at 3pm on the coffee was not doing as well as the baristas on the weekday. I would give Kai 5 stars. Love his coffee
What an amazing place! This time we only had coffee. Ordered lattes with half caramel. Lattes were great, perfectly strong and the sweetness was just right. We'll definitely be back soon for more than just coffee!
