Novilhos is hands down one of the best steakhouses around! Their rodízio is unbeatable—every cut of meat is cooked to perfection—and their happy hour is just as impressive with an amazing selection of food and drinks. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, thanks to the incredible team. Bartenders Ariana and Bri always go above and beyond, and the general manager makes you feel like family every time you’re there. Truly a place where both the food and hospitality shine. Highly recommend!

Brazilian friends brought me here. The food was amazing, by far and away the best salad bar I've visited in Seattle. The only complaint was that it took a bit for the servers to bring meat to the table which meant we were already filled with vegetables. Maybe it's not such a bad thing but it would have been perfect if everything was arriving together. Would still try it again.

Superb when it came to accommodating my celiac disease
The salad bar is semi gluten friendly but not celiac safe and the meats were all celiac safe minus the sauce.

My worst experience ever at Novilhos! I am a loyal customer of this place and have never experienced anything like this before with them. I wonder why this place has gone so low. I think they can do better. I took my sister there to celebrate her birthday and it turned out to be disappointing. I made sure add the event while booking but no one acknowledged that and then the dining experience became worst. The meat servers are not asking you if you want medium well, rare or well done. Also I noticed multiple times that it is not all types of meat that is coming to our table. Being a vet of the place and having to be patient enough, I ended up complaining and requesting if the filet mignon with bacon is no longer part of their selection. They finally brought it to our table and even there was no lamb rack and it goes on. None of them asked if were celebrating anything while others were celebrating there and being well taken care of. It very inconsiderate of them for such a treatment of a loyal customer. I have been going there since 2012.
I don’t know what is going on, I loved this but something needs to change.

We've been to Novilhos a few times before. The service has gone down. Only one meat server at a time and service was slow. We sat there for 5-10 mins in between until the next meat came out. They used to have multiple meat servers at once. Not all types of meat listed on the menu were served. Very disappointing experience. Not worth the price to go here any more.

We recently dined at Novilhos for my son's birthday and overall had a good experience, but there were a few drawbacks. The food was flavorful, but much of the meat was overcooked and on the chewy side, which was a bit disappointing for a Brazilian steakhouse. We also thought there might be some chicken or some seafood options here. Guess I missed that detail. There was no mention of the fact that I have made this reservation, as a celebration of my son's birthday. Minor detail. On the positive side, the salad bar and buffet were excellent—fresh, varied, and well-prepared. Service was attentive and friendly throughout the meal, which I truly appreciated. My biggest surprise was the price—it ended up being higher than I anticipated. While I enjoyed certain aspects of the evening, I'm not sure the value matched the cost.

Always a special occasion. The food is excellent, especially rodhizio. So much variety. The portions are very generous. Staff was very accommodating. We asked for the grilled pineapple and they brought that out to us when requested.

This was my second time at Novilhos. I was there some 10 years ago or so and have better memories from that visit. The person who greeted us at the door gave us a very nice table. The self-service salad and side appetizer bar was pretty nice. However, both my partner and I thought the meats were just not very flavorful. Service was ok. However, it was difficult to hear or understand the gauchos describing the cuts of meet they were carving. Disappointing. Will more than likely not return.

One of the best Brazilian barbecue restaurants. 16 different meats. Must-haves; house steak, picanha, filet mignon, pineapple, and jalapeño poppers. Service is always on point. Save room for the lava cake. Oh, and most importantly, go hungry!

My twin brother and I had our family birthday dinner here and it was a wonderful experience. My brother is disabled and they were all very accommodating and attentive. We have been at the other steakhouse in Bellevue and will always come here instead. The buffet is better, its not as loud, the meat is just as good. Thank you!

They had an amazing staff that served amazing food! I was able to get all of the sides that I wanted to try and the staff came around tables and served you whatever meats were fresh off the grill! One of my favorite parts of the night was when the pineapple came around with brown sugar and cinnamon! I also had a Brazilian lemonade that was strawberry and pineapple with added Belvedere for a spice! What a wonderful way to spend your day around joyous people who cook amazing food!
