Sat down and waited 20 minutes before I could flag down a server to take our order. The restaurant was hotter than the tobes of hades. The food was pretty good, but the entire experience felt like an unorganized, grabbastic disaster. This was a very disappointing experience.
We had some special requests for our food and they were Very accommodating. The food was Excellent. Our server was exceedingly kind and patient. The other patrons were friendly and there was a warm atmosphere on a cold rainy night.
We had five people in our party, and two of us had incredibly bad food. The fish and chips were okay. The beef pot pie had a bitter taste, but the person who ordered it still enjoyed it. The chicken pot pie was sour, the crust was flaky, but the filling was inedible. The beef short rib dip had insanely dry meat, not enough horseradish, and overall underwhelming, and I couldn't even stomach trying to eat more than a couple bites.
