Excellent customer service!!
Had called in an online delivery for couple cake slices from a different city and store was out of stock. The manager not only managed to get the cakes made in short order but also went out of his way to work with the delivery person so I wouldn’t have to cancel my order. Huge appreciation to the manager and his team at PB !! Will visit the store next time in the city.
