We always have the beef shabu shabu but tried pork for the first time and it was delicious! The broth could use some more flavor but it gets better as the veggies and meat are cooked. Their homemade sauce is also delicious. I recommend trying their crispy tuna appetizer! The only thing is the restaurant can get really loud and hard to hear when you are conversing. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.
Best shabu shabu in Seattle area! So good and comforting. We ordered sukiyaki (rib eye) and spicy miso (American wagyu). The meats were delicious and broth had depth and flavor.

We didn't plan on eating here for dinner as we wanted to go to another establishment that was in the same plaza. However, we were glad that we did. The place was busy, but the wait was not too long.
