Let me just say WOW. The aura radiating off my short pike with cream was so strong I crashed my car! It could only have been made by the beautiful and wise Emily Martinez! She is such a gifted barista I literally can not believe she is not CEO. To further emphasize her aura when I got home my drink jumped out of my hand. I was clearly not worthy. 10/10 recommend the Crossroads South Starbucks. Ask for Emily to make your drink, you will not regret it!

So far, the ladies here are always nice to me and it's always a good experience. Always smiling, happy to make adjustments or special orders, and even take a minute to chat with me in a friendly way. You know, like people who enjoy their jobs! Total 180 from the absurd rudeness at the Main & 148th Starbucks.

I was enjoying my coffee when I spotted this cute note. This Starbucks is my absolute favorite location. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and just all-around amazing. They brighten my day every time, and the coffee is always perfect!

I don’t know everyone by name (they have all been wonderful), but I want to give a special shoutout to Christina and Shelby. Thank you for always being so kind!!! ~ :)
