Outstanding services, They're extremely friendly and the food was delicious.
This is my favorite xian restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious and the flavor is always spot on. I often visit their location near the University District, but this location is more convenient and even though it’s in a food court, the quality has never been compromised.

The flavors are authentic, the ingredients are fresh, and everything is prepared with attention to detail. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The dishes are consistently great, with generous portions. The hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles are a must-try—super bouncy, fresh, wide, and chewy. The lamb skewers are also really good, with nice charcoal flavor and tender meat. Other menu highlights include squishy noodles, aromatic oils, crunchy cucumber, hot grilled meat, dumplings, and chicken cartilage skewers. The service is excellent, with friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff who care deeply about the quality of every dish. The ingredients are fresh, and everything is prepared with attention to detail. Prices are reasonable for Bellevue ($10–$20 per person), and the food comes out fast.
