Their food is delicious. They have some traditional bbq items that are a staple for all bbq joints, but also have some unique sandwiches. Their buns are to-die-for, baked with rosemary. I could eat them all day. We brought a large group of about 20 for my husbands 30th birthday. No one had ever been. Everyone left happy. Thank you Big Stick BBQ!

Big Stick Barbecue is a must-visit spot with a 1000 lb smoker from Texas! The ribs and burnt ends were delicious with the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The meat is super tender and fall out the bone. The brisket was just the way pit bosses like it, excellent and flavorful. The combo platter is excellent, and the sampler of all 3 sliders lets you get a bit of everything. Standouts were the ribs, brisket and the Brie cheese and pepper jelly slider. Their barbecue sauce is made in-house; the spicy BBQ sauce is the best and just enough spicy, while others swear by the mustard sauce. The portions are generous and perfect for sharing. The team at Big Stick BBQ takes a lot of pride and joy in what they do. If the smell of the smoker doesn’t lure you in, the great staff and warm service definitely will!
