Big Stick Barbecue is a must-visit spot with a 1000 lb smoker from Texas! The ribs and burnt ends were delicious with the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The combo platter with coleslaw and beans was excellent. The portions are perfect for sharing with a group of four. The food was incredible, cooked to perfection and so delicious. The blackberry lemonade is the best, not too sweet and not too tart. The BIG Texas cheese steak is a favorite. Their barbecue sauce is made in-house with all natural ingredients. The location makes the restaurant feel totally exclusive. Big Stick BBQ is definitely a place to recommend to tourists, travelers, family, and friends. They recently hosted a happy hour event and everything was perfectly prepared—seating was ready, the food came out quickly, and the service was top-notch. The sliders and a variety of sides were fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The team at Big Stick BBQ takes a lot of pride and joy in what they do.
