Burnt Side Down (BSD) offers a fun and comforting dining experience with its indulgent sandwiches. Favorites include the Ice Cream Sandwiche's Hot Sister, Pinnacle Grilled Cheeze, and the delightful Send It. The Gorgonzola and vegan Olivia are also must-tries. BSD is permanently parked at Stemma Brewery, a top-notch location with ample seating, and is both dog and kid-friendly. The friendly staff and great prices enhance the overall experience. Customers have praised the Burnt Side Down, Italian Stallion, and Caprese Sandwiches, all cooked to perfection. The Caprese is the best grilled cheese ever had, huge and filling. The cheese is overflowing and the edges are crispy and crunchy. Everything about a grilled cheese is loved, perfectly cheesey without being too much and the giant crispy edges take it to another level. Located next to a brewery, there is plenty seating and beer available. Friendly staff at both made this a perfect spot to grab a bite. Super friendly owner came over and asked about the food, which was nice to see. Decent portions for the price, and it’s also nice that they share space with a few other food truck options and a brewery for a lot of variety.
