Delicious food served by lovely people! Made quickly so I had plenty of time to devour my sandwich over my lunch break. The crispy cheese on the outside is EVERYTHING. Haven't had a grilled cheese this good since The Green Frog closed. Highly recommend!
I almost sabotaged my own lunch at Burnt Side Down. I ordered a grilled cheese right before my Uber pulled up, and when the driver said he’d arrived, I rushed the cook to hurry it along — the last thing I wanted was to keep someone waiting on me.

Every sandwich I’ve had is so delicious! The sun-dried tomato spread is my favorite! Wonderful service, especially when Madeline is working! Great food truck and it’s in the Stemma parking lot so you can grab a drink to compliment your tasty sammie!
