Delicious food with unique spices, and flavors and sandwich types. The bread on the sandwiches is delicious light and crispy. Highly recommend enjoying the yucca fried yucca on the side. Can’t wait to come back.!! sorry no pictures. The food was too delicious to wait to take a pic! 😜
Update: It is with the heaviest of hearts I have to take a star away. These last times I've been just we're not up to par with the expectations I have for this place.

The #2 was INCREDIBLE. Meat was tender, egg was fried perfectly, bread was buttered and toasted, chimichurri was delicious. I am going to crave this.

Cafe Rumba is one of my favorite restaurants in Bellingham. Everything is always super tasty. The only thing I'm sad about is that my favorite sandwich, the Butifarra Royal, is no longer on the menu.
