Just tried the brisket plate, damn that was good. The meat was so tender and not too much fat for my preference and the sauce I chose was bussssssin. Sucks that they're only on my side on Friday. Welp I look forward to next Friday to try other items.
The hunt is over! I've come to expect mediocre barbecue in the Pacific Northwest after 8 years living in the South. But man, this place scratches the itch. My wife rarely eats red meat and she was wolfing down the brisket. This is the kind of barbecue that needs no sauce as the meat is full of flavor and oh so tender.And not to fear, the sides were not neglected with some top notch beans and corn, hush puppies, and potato salad (the stick to ribs kind, not the runny mayo kind)....read full review
