We had dinner with a party of 3. We all had the prime rib that Dirty Dan's is known for. The food was as good as we had remembered it. The service was cordial and accommodating but was a bit slow and missed some opportunities for a higher rating. First, we sat for 5 minutes before our server came - a bit slow. Hmmm. Mixed feelings. Went in later during their lunch hours. Glad I sat in the bar area because the server I had for that area had just come on and she provided good helpful service. Ppl at another table were very unhappy because they waited over 35 minutes for their lunches! There wasn't really anyone in the front entry so my server/bartender had to keep jumping in there to welcome ppl in. The other staff including the boss(?) seemed a little off/disjointed. I thought...
