Left my debit card at a business near them so I parked in *one* of the *multiple* "reserved 5 minutes max" spots and went to get the card, planning to get some sweet treats for myself. When I came back to my car with the card (less than 3 minutes from parking to returning), the employee was trying to get my car towed. ? There wasn't a single customer in the store. Guess I'll be going somewhere else for my treats!

Terrible customer service, I asked about a 10" lemon cake, the young person replied, our menu is on the website, I told her I was having a hard time reading the menu on the phone. I then asked if they make a 10" lemon cake, she again referred me to the website, I asked her I'd she could simply answer my question, she replied, your not disabled dude. Seriously????

I have never been treated so rudely. I had a long lunch with a friend at a restaurant down the street and thought I’d stop in on my way home and pick up some dessert for my kids. The lady in the shop freaked out when I came in because I wasn’t wearing a mask. Keep in mind this is well after even doctors offices are no longer requiring masks, and refused to say anything else to me except that I need to get a mask. I have zero problem with people who still want to wear masks or feel more comfortable/safe wearing one but to go ape on a potential customer because they don’t have one on or to require potential customers to wear one after even doctor’s offices are not requiring them is ridiculous. Needless to say, I left and purchased my family’s dessert elsewhere.

I stopped in here after having a long lunch with a friend down the street. As soon as I entered the lady working began to yell at me about needing to have a mask on. Keep in mind this is months after even doctors offices stopped requiring masks. I have zero problem with people who continue to wear them and zero problem with wearing one when I don’t feel well, but I felt very attacked walking in off the street and being yelled at. I haven’t carried a mask on me in months and it was a very startling experience. Needless to say, I left and purchase desserts elsewhere.

I stopped in here after having a long lunch with a friend down the street. Thought it would be fun to bring some desserts home to my kids. As soon as I entered the lady working started yelling at me about needing to have a mask on. Keep in mind this is months after even doctor's offices stopped requiring masks. I was startled and confused because I haven't carried a mask with me in quite some time but the lady wouldn't stop harping about it. So I left and bought my families dessert elsewhere. I have zero problem with people who still choose to wear masks and zero problem with wearing one if I don't feel well. But felt very attacked by this business and felt ostracized for not having a mask ready even though it is no longer commonly required.

I had to select one star to write a review. More than I wanted to give. Was having trouble ordering for delivery so called for a little assistance. She was condescending and rude as she said she was proud of me for the ability to read. Also, she seemed to enjoy insulting me. This place has not earned my business.
I called and asked if they made cookies and was not mean, I wasn't upset, just a simple question and was told to be nice to service workers and to look at their website. At the time I did not have the ability to check their website and was referred to them just with a phone number.I tried to say I wasn't upset or anything just curious if they decorated cookies and that I did not have their website info available and they talked over me, and ignored me.I do not recamend using them... They were very rude and condescending to me over one simple question.

Icing on the Cake is one of my favorite spots in Bellingham! The desserts are so tasty, the owner and staff are wonderful, and the inside of the shop is so lovely and purple! I'm always glad to get treats here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for something sweet.

Delicious! From the petite fours, brownies, apple crisp and ice cream-all were fabulous. And it was so easy to order on line and pick up-highly recommend!
