Stopped in this quaint Italian restaurant for dinner and wine. We all ordered a different meal, one had the winter pasta special, I had the lemon fettuccine, And my friends had the rigatoni and chopped Italian salad. There were no leftovers. The food was delicious and the two bottles of Italian wine were perfecto. We celebrated a birthday, so we enjoyed the lemon olive oil cake for dessert and was so tasty and fabulous.
The service was great.Some of the food was middle of the road, such as the gnocchi. To me, all I tasted was the olive oil. But when we added the panccetta, it made the dish much better. It was my first time eating there so I'm hoping it was just a one off.The atmosphere is intimate. This is not a big place by any means. The wine selection is nice too, making for a perfect date night.I would not recommend this place for kiddos.
