Iron rooster saved the day today. They made us a last minute cake for a birthday, day of within a few hours. I am so appreciative and it was absolutely delicious. Absolutely easy to work with, accommodating and delightful. 10/10 support them please!
Thee best cinnamon rolls (buns as they call them) in Whatcom county, if not beyond!!! Here’s how it works for me: seed will be planted in my head, somehow, someway, about their cinnamon buns, I’ll water this seed for a good 3-4 weeks knowing damn well I’m going to get up a bit earlier on a weekend day to make the drive to Iron Rooster. Focus on the “earlier” part of that sentence because I don’t know how many times I’ve made that drive only to find out they are...
I was finally able to make a visit to this delicious bakery.
Service is currently through the walk up window, but you’re able to see all of the options from the street.
They also do espresso and tea options.
I got the pain au chocolate, and a few other sweet treats.
Next time, I’m going to try the quiche and ham/cheese-croissant.
They’re only open Fri-Sun.
