Wasn’t busy, seated but understaffed had to wait, floors were sticky, table was sticky, plates and forks dirty also had soap residue on them asked for new silverware and plates received another dirty plate. Nu was our chef and he was entertaining and showed interest in having conversation. He cooked our food well, my only complaint is that the lobster was over cooked. The new york steak was very tender and flavorful. For some reason we were brought our steamed rice like 40 mins before our food was fully cooked but we just simply requested fresh steamed rice when it was time to eat. Troy is a wonderful chef! He’s personable, funny, attentive, and serves us perfect food every time we visit. We like him so much we’ll request him in the future. If he’s ever up for a raise, I recommend giving him one!
