A nice casual soup and sandwich shop on State St in Bellingham. Staff was friendly, service was quick. I found a quiet table to enjoy an Asian Wrap and a small salad... the basalmic dressing on the salad was a treat, homemade and delish.
Wow! Tastiest freshest quick bite food and it's vegetarian! We couldn't decide between a wrap and a panini so we shared both. After having both, we still couldn't pick a winner.
Vegan choices were CLEARLY labeled and super good. My husband had the buffalo cauliflower panini and to our delight, the cauliflower wasn't deep fried. And I had the blta wrap, and it was delicious and loaded with healthy veggies. And rhubarb blackberry crisp... oh yummy!!! And the soup of the day was outstanding.
