Great smoked salmon from a local Bellingham company. The quality was impressive and I really enjoyed the wooden gift box it came in. I served it to my family for Father's Day and and it was a home run. Also I really appreciated that it was gluten-free, healthy and I was supporting a local sustainable company.

This smoked salmon is just delicious. It's not salt cured, like Lox. It's brined, hot smoked and comes sealed in a foil pouch. (No need to refrigerate until pouch is opened.)I've ordered it many times and have tried recipes on their website. All good. Flavor is consistently top notch! The wooden box doubles as an all purpose tray. I love that the fish is wild caught in Alaska. Great gift item too.
