Hands down the best burger I’ve ever had. Whatever you guys are doing, you’re doing it right.

Hard ish place to find but worth the hunt. Burger was best smashed burger I have had in the PNW. They actually SMASH them here. Super thin and crispy beef, great sauce, cheese melt was on point and the bun was great. Called in to find them and they said we are in the sketchy bus behind the brewery, that is exactly what I was lookin for.

We were really looking forward to the food here but it was kind of a miss. The burger was decent. The No Manches burrito was just ok, definitely not worth $15. The biggest issue is charging extra for hot sauce. It’s some seriously low class nickel and diming. Please start including hot sauce with your burritos like everyone else.

Amazing sauces to flavor your burger or to add to the delicious french fries. Can't wait to come back again and try some of the other sauces.

Came in for a DoorDash delivery and decided to give their burger a try. The lady working told me us delivery drivers work hard and that she didn’t want me to pay. She even gave me a free soda on top. Their burger tasted great, I will most definitely be coming back in the future. More people should be aware of places like this in Bellingham.

Drove out here for lunch and you pull down an alley attached to a brewery. There are no signs for this food location and hours on the brewery building say they open at 2pm. Google listing says they open at 9. There was a bus parked with someone filling oil, so, assuming that is what it was supposed to be but the guy had an aura of "don't bother me". Pretty disappointing.

I ordered online and was given an estimate of 20 minutes. Showed up a little early but gave them a heads up that I was there so they gave me a buzzer. Nearly two hours later I received my burrito and chips, with some brown guacamole. I realize businesses can get busy, understaffed or overwhelmed but I didn't feel like the food, or the service while waiting was worth the price, it really felt rushed and didn't live up to the hype I had been given. I'll be interested to give it another go with a burger on a hopefully less busy day of the week.

Best burrito I have had in a long time. Came back a second time and had a super tasty smash burger. Will for sure be back a third time!

Ordered some food during a busy day at Wander. They were under the gun and it ended up taking over an hour to get our food...it happens. They were awesome and offered a free burrito and fries. The food ended up being delicious. The crew had a tough day...and they handled it really great. This place is great! Give them a shot!

I showed up sad & cranky because *life* but the No Manches burrito absolutely turned that around. I have been missing San Diego style Mexican food since moving to the PNW 15 years ago and this satisfied my every physical and emotional need. I cannot wait to try the Rosarito burrito next...

I'm SO happy Wander has a permanent food truck and I'm so happy it's got real meat. I'm not huge on smashburgers but these were pretty good, if not a little TOO smashed/burnt. It's normal food truck prices, so assume at least $30 with two people. Here's the lowdown: PROS: We got a double, and for $11, it's definitely a good deal. Decent amount of meats and everything else in it. They might want to try to time the patties a bit better because it was a bit overburnt and too crumbly, but with a smashburger, you get what you get. We also got the large fry, which was seasoned and tasty, but they're fries so I'm a little biased. CONS: I didn't want to admit this but I'm old. And the website font (and design) - not super discerning with the numbers or menu. The burrito we got, it looks like $10, especially if you write your zeroes with a slash through them. Surprise, it's $16. And for a $16 burrito, no thank you, and especially not this one. I have had many, many other food truck burritos for less, that were better (and warm, and not soggy). Each sauce is $1 - a large fry should come with ONE sauce. And they need to plan their food allocation better. We ordered just before 5pm and they were already out of all their smoked meats. It might be a testament to "how good" it is, but you shouldn't be running out of meat when you've still got half the night ahead of you. I know they're new and there's a few things to be discovered, like if the special burgers are single or double patty, and if the Frito pie is just like TX, but otherwise it's a 3-star with potential.
