I remember going here when I worked at Greenhouse downtown right out of high school. That was around 2013. I would run here everyday just to grab a burrito for $5. Fast forward over a decade and I'm still coming here every week. The food is incredible, the value is still there. And the people are always nice. This is one of those businesses that really deserves the attention that it gets. The photo attached to this review is three Tacos el Tule to go, I've already eaten...
The carne asada burrito was delicious. Also enjoyed the fish burrito. Service was fast and friendly. We enjoy food trucks all the time. This one stands out. The value is also amazing.
Great taco truck, very clean! Friendly people (related to the El Rinconcito Family Restaurant) They serve fresh, large, delicious portions. Parks downtown by the old Whatcom Museum. Open later- for after you leave the venues downtown! ??⭐?
