The coffee was really good! Fresh ingredients. I love the atmosphere of the large windows and calm environment. Only complaint I have is that I waited at the coffee counter for 10 minutes for someone to show up, but then decided to go over to the Daisy Cafe for coffee service (they are partner businesses). The person there was very kind and attentive :)
This review is for the attached Union Coffee Shop which is within the same building and seems to share the same ownership as Daisy cafe. We stopped by for a quick snack and coffee before heading down the Chuckanut Drive. The beverages were great. The cinnamon buns - pretty authentic and reminded me of the pastries I had in Finland and Denmark. The service was a bit slow but super, super friendly.
Super cute aesthetic and very good chai latte! There was only one employee working and she was very friendly and extremely efficient. A little pricey but the hay straws are awesome!
