I found this place last year when visiting from Portland. I was astounded at the amazing gluten free pizza that is offered. It is the best I've had. In addition to the amazing pizza our server was fabulous. My sister lives here and had not tried this place yet. She loved it. We will both be back!!! Thank you

If you are gluten free, look no further. This crust is LEGIT! It’s even got a bit of chew. They use gluten removed wheat starch so it’s got that lovely wheat flavor.

The toppings were top notch too. Mine had this bright tomato and burrata topping, I believe it was the Regina. We also shared the kale Cesar which had a super good dressing.

I got the large size bc I wanted leftovers, and I even had it for breakfast the next...

I ordered a pizza for delivery that arrived via Uber Eats. It took a bit longer than I expected and the pizza arrived luke warm. I’m in a hotel room with no plates so I didn’t re-heat. With all those challenges this still might be the best pizza I’ve ever had. Simply amazing. Will dine in soon.
