Blackbird Coffee is a restaurant with outstanding customer service, provided by a hardworking and kind staff member. The coffee is superior to Starbucks, and it is also cheaper. The barista is friendly, patient, and meticulous with every order, including the Taylor's London Fog. Additionally, the bagels and drinks exceed expectations in quality. Heidi, one of the baristas, is particularly commendable for her dedication, even in challenging weather conditions.
