I’ve eaten here a few times now in the last few years. To say this place is amazing is an understatement for me. Today I went in just to grab some whiskey crab bisque as I discovered last time in the US, I had some leftovers and proceeded to coat a strip loin with some of this soup. Thanks to my new friend Matt (owner) he hooked me up with some earlier this morning. Do yourselves a favour and grab some of this and a few oysters to go to crank up cooking or to show off...
It wasn't too busy when we came in. Service was really good and food came out fast. Their oyster chowder poutine was so good, I almost ordered another one. Decided to try the whiskey crab soup instead. So good!
We made the trip down from Vancouver, Canada and Drayton Harbor Oyster Company definitely lived up to the hype. The oysters were incredibly fresh, clean, and briny—exactly what you hope for when visiting the Pacific Northwest. You can really taste the quality.
