I love Taco Bell but I know it’s fast food and limited but this was one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to which really was a bummer. Our crunchy tacos were totally falling apart (more than usual), my chalupa shell was totally stale and hard… they did our order correctly which I appreciate because some of our stuff was fresco style but it was almost inedible.

I've been here a couple/few times, but always late, so I use drive-thru. Usually using the Taco Bell app, but not every time. Food here is always on point, properly cooked and all prettied up like it's supposed to be. The team that works here is spectacular, with their customer service shining as an example. Even when you roll up to drive-thru with 5 minutes to spare and order 20 7-layer burritos ???
