I never realized how much coffee could express it’s depth of flavor and terroir until I stopped drinking dark roasts with the help of Browndog Roasting. Drinking their bright, medium roast microlot coffees has allowed me to taste the blueberry of Ethiopia, maple of Guatemala, and chocolate notes from Colombian coffee beans.
