“Absolutely wonderful place! The food is amazing and very high quality ingredients are used. I especially love their shrimp and grits, and the Wagyu steak. The service is also so friendly and welcoming. The whole lodge is beautifully decorated, and will fit all your needs. Overall this is a great place and worth the membership!“

“This location is very busy at the times you would expect it to be for lunch and dinner but they do maintain a good flow at the drive-thru if you're in a hurry heavily suggest using the drive-thru as they cater to it leaving people in the lobby waiting.“

“Staff is very friendly and makes orders quickly and productively, the food safety is perfect and the building is very modern looking and clean, this place is great for lunches and dinners and the best meal is the biggie bag, or the baconator.“

“Great customer service - which, is seemingly dwindling and hard to find at fast food joints these days. Long story short- stopped by here 45 mins prior to them closing after a long day of work, said the order would take a few mins because they’re putting fresh fries in and to pull forward to the curb while I wait. Ended up waiting for 10-15 minutes before one of the gentlemen working there rushed out with a FULL bag of an extra (fresh) 10
Piece nugget and large fry (on top of what I had ordered) apologizing profusely for the mix up in communication and not realizing I was sitting out there still. No harm no foul things happen, but the way they handled it was great and deserving of kudos since not many places of this caliber would go the extra mile like they did. I hope whoever manages this location realizes how solid the people they employ here are, because this is a very rare 5 star experience to come across in this day and age where customer service seems to be going by the wayside.“

“It's mostly fine, but when they mess up (which will happen; it's understandable and totally fine) they always get super rude...? The first several times I thought it was a fluke or something, but it's really strange! I've seen it with other customers, too. Customers can be nice and reasonable, but the employees get super defensive and aggressive for some reason? I'm sure they have a lot of terrible customers, but that doesn't mean you need to treat everyone like that.
Definitely check your order. Btw, if you order common food during rush hour it will be terrible. Out of rush hour it's pretty good!“
