First time at Panera bread and OMG I'm in love with the Mac-n-cheese! Samich was delicious also. It was clean and inviting.

Probably my last time at Panera for a while. Unfortunately the quality seems to keep going down. There was a time we'd go to Panera a couple of times a week, but now it's just not worth the price.
The last few times we ordered a bread bowl it was so incredibly disappointing. They were small, dense, and lacking flavor. They can barely hold the cup of soup they come with. The side baguette was similar. Also got a sandwich. Flavor was ok, but was about half to 3/4 the size...read full review

I want to give a shout out to Sam and Colton for the excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. They redid my order at no charge. Lots of smiles… That was so great!!! 😀
