Carolina Smoke BBQ and Catering serves up delicious barbecue with a variety of flavors. Their brisket, pulled pork, and ribs are all excellent, and their smoked mac and cheese is a hit. The restaurant is kid-friendly with a large area and big tables, and is also wheelchair accessible. The staff is personable and friendly, providing great customer service. They offer a range of sauces, including apple butter BBQ house sauce, mild, and spicy, to complement their mouth-watering dishes. The owner himself was working the front counter and clearly has his following. The brisket is high quality and smoked to perfection, with a wonderfully flavorful and spicy Burning B sauce. The three meat platter with brisket, pulled pork, and chicken is amazing, beating other places in North Carolina. The coleslaw has the perfect amount of celery seed, and the beans are a three bean mix with outstanding flavor. They do Thanksgiving specials as well, and the whole family loved having brisket.
