Potbelly Sandwich Shop Reviews
Potbelly Sandwiches is deeply corrupt, and this corruption extends from the top down, as I experienced today. The company blatantly practices racism, discrimination, unfair treatment, bias. The district manager is a racist who told me not to ever eat at a Potbelly again because I am not Caucasian.
Kids loved the meatball sandwich and the Italian sandwich. I had the Mediterranean salad with balsamic and it was excellent!

Potbelly's food is generally consistent, with customers praising the taste of their sandwiches and Mac n' cheese. The service experience can vary, with some customers reporting fast and friendly service, while others have had negative experiences like feeling ignored in line or being rushed during ordering. However, Potbelly has also been commended for their handling of ordering errors, with managers going out of their way to remake customers' sandwiches. The hours on Google may not always be accurate, as one customer noted the actual hours are: Monday-Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday 10am-9pm, and Sunday 10am-8pm. Despite occasional service issues, Potbelly remains a good place for a decent sandwich, with the food quality receiving positive feedback overall. Customers have described the food as fresh and delicious, and the staff as friendly and helpful. The location is spacious, with interesting and fun art to look at. Some customers mentioned that workers can be a little out of it, but the overall vibe is good. The BLTA (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado) is highly recommended, with fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bread, and excellent sauce suggestions like garlic aioli from the sandwich wizard. Many customers say they would return again and even prefer Potbelly over other sandwich chains.
